Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel or reschedule appointments. However, to ensure fairness and maintain our commitment to providing quality service, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. No Call No Show: In the event of a no call no show, where a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior communication or notification, a 100% fee will be charged. This fee is non-refundable and compensates for the time allocated to the appointment that could have been used for another client. 2. Last Minute Cancellation: If a client needs to cancel their appointment, we kindly request that they provide us with at least 48 hours notice. However, if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, a 50% fee will be charged. This fee helps compensate for the lost time and potential opportunity to accommodate another client. 3. All color appointments require a non-refundable deposit. As a smaller salon, we purchase color specifically for each appointment. This deposit is applied to your hair color service. However, if you cancel, the deposit will be forfeited since the color may have already been bought. We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur, and we will do our best to accommodate genuine cases on an individual basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Also, please arrive at your appointment with your hair detangled, ready for me to shampoo. If your hair is not detangled and it takes more than 10 minutes to detangle, your appointment may be canceled, and you will be required to pay a cancellation fee or a $30 detangling fee at the stylist's discretion. As detangling for more than 10 min can affect the appointment time of others and push my whole schedule back. By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our cancellation policy.
